Electric version: connect 380V power. Diesel version: fill with diesel and start engine. Start mixing system and idle for 2-3 minutes. Check all components for normal operation, unusual noise, or leaks.
Pipeline Priming
Add cement mortar (or water + lubrication sponge) to the hopper for pipeline priming. Pump at low speed until mortar flows out of the pipe end. Ensure pipe interior is fully lubricated to prevent first-pour blockage.
Normal Pumping
Pour concrete into hopper and start forward pumping. Maintain uniform pumping speed, avoiding sudden changes. Monitor pumping pressure and hopper material level continuously. Refill promptly to avoid suction of air.
Reverse Pump for Blockage
If pumping pressure spikes or blockage occurs, immediately press reverse pump button to draw concrete back into hopper for 2-3 cycles, then attempt forward pumping. If still blocked, stop machine and disassemble pipe for cleaning.
Shutdown & Cleaning
After pumping is complete, pump water + cleaning sponge through the pipeline until all concrete is discharged. Turn off engine/power. Clean hopper and machine body. Inspect wear parts for condition. Record maintenance.

Description
Product Overview
Our factory-manufactured Concrete Delivery Pump is an industrial-grade pumping machine designed for concrete conveying in construction engineering. It offers both electric and diesel power types, covering the full model range from Inclined Fine Stone Pump, 20, 30, 40, 50 to 60 models, with theoretical output from 5m³/h to 55m³/h. The machine features an S-tube valve reversing structure that stably conveys concrete, mortar, and large aggregate materials. It handles aggregate diameters from 0.5mm to 30mm, with a maximum vertical delivery height of 200m and maximum horizontal distance of 550m. It is the core pumping equipment for floor pouring, building construction, bridge pouring, and reservoir construction.

Control & Operation Advantages
The machine is equipped with an integrated electrical control cabinet featuring one-touch start/stop, forward pump, reverse pump, and emergency stop functions with clearly labeled buttons — workers can operate it without extensive training. Pumping pressure and displacement are adjustable via the hydraulic system to suit different delivery distances and heights. An automatic reverse pump function allows one-click reversal to clear pipe blockages, minimizing downtime. The diesel version features an independent diesel engine requiring no external power — ideal for remote off-grid construction sites. The electric version offers lower operating costs and quieter operation, suitable for urban construction sites.

Core Engineering Structure
The machine employs an S-tube valve reversing system with smooth flow channels and rapid reversing for stable pumping pressure and minimal blockage risk. The hopper features a large inclination angle with mixing blades to ensure concrete remains homogeneous and does not segregate or accumulate, enabling smooth feeding. The hydraulic system uses a dual-pump dual-circuit design where pumping and mixing systems are independently powered, operating without interference for maximum reliability. Models 40 and above are equipped with imported Kawasaki main pumps for high volumetric efficiency and long service life. The conveying cylinders use precision-honed tubes with carbide wear plates and cutting rings for durability and extended maintenance intervals. An air-cooled heat dissipation system ensures stable oil temperature during continuous operation.

Multi-Scenario Adaptability
The concrete delivery pump is widely used in building construction, floor pouring, bridge engineering, reservoir dams, tunnel construction, municipal engineering, and pile foundation pouring. The Inclined Fine Stone Pump is ideal for secondary structure column pouring, floor heating backfill, and wall plastering with fine stone mortar. The 20/30 models suit small-to-medium building floor pouring and foundation work. The 40/50 models are designed for medium bridge and high-rise construction. The 60 model handles large-scale projects, super high-rise pumping, and long-distance conveying. Electric versions suit urban sites with stable power supply, while diesel versions are perfect for remote, mountainous, and highway construction without grid power.

Material Durability
The entire frame is welded from thickened high-quality carbon structural steel and stress-relieved through aging treatment, delivering excellent rigidity and load capacity for long-term use in harsh construction environments. Conveying cylinders use precision-honed steel tubes with high inner-wall smoothness and excellent wear resistance for extended service life. The wear plate and cutting ring use carbide material for impact resistance and wear durability, capable of pumping large-aggregate concrete. The S-tube valve is a thickened cast steel part with wear-resistant surfacing on the inner wall for long-lasting performance. Hydraulic lines use high-pressure hoses and seamless steel tubes with high pressure ratings and excellent sealing. The machine surface is treated with acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance — ideal for outdoor, humid, and dusty construction environments.

High Efficiency & Labor Savings for Profit
Compared to manual handling and tower crane lifting of concrete, the concrete delivery pump increases conveying efficiency by over 5 times, pumping 5-55 cubic meters per hour with continuous, uninterrupted operation — significantly shortening construction cycles. The machine is simple to operate; one operator can control it independently after brief training, eliminating the need for large manual labor crews and significantly reducing labor costs. Pumped concrete is poured uniformly and densely for better construction quality, reducing rework and repair costs. With a short return on investment period, a 40-model pump typically pays for itself in 3-6 months under normal project volume — a cost-effective choice for construction companies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.

Zero-Basis Operation & After-Sales Support
The machine is fully调试 and pressure-tested before shipment, ready to use upon delivery — simply connect to power (or fill with diesel), no complex installation required. A complete operation manual, maintenance guide, and operation videos are included, enabling zero-experience users to get started quickly. The entire machine comes with a 12-month warranty, with free replacement of non-human-damaged parts during the warranty period. Lifetime technical support and original spare parts supply are provided, with a professional engineer team available online to answer usage questions. Customization of motor power, voltage specifications, and conveying pipe configurations is supported to meet the needs of different countries and regions.
